Avocado Banana Bread

This fantastic bread is easy to make and doesn’t require any special kitchen appliances or gadgets. Avocado Banana Bread is so good, you’ll have a hard time not eating the entire loaf. Perfect for breakfast, a quick snack or even as a dessert.
Ingredients
1½ cups almond flour
1½ teaspoons baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
¾ cup avocados
¾ cup bananas
3 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons raw honey
1 large egg (room temperature)
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. , mix the almond flour, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl.
- Mash avocado and banana. Add to blender or food processor and blend until creamy. Add coconut oil, vanilla, honey, and egg. Blend together.
- Mix the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients to form a batter.
- Spray 8½ inch baking pan with non-stick spray. Pour batter into pan.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until inserted toothpick comes out clean.
- Enjoy!
To make this even more yummoh, add⅓ cup of your favorite chopped nut. To avoid bitter taste, use Hass avocados.
