Simple Turkey Sausage Skillet

Ingredients
1 1/2 tablespoons coconut oil
10-15 red potatoes
1 red bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
1 red onion
13 oz uncured turkey sausage
Salt and pepper
Directions
- Chop up potatoes.
- In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon coconut oil on medium high. Add potatoes. Stir occasionally.
- While potatoes are cooking chop up peppers and onion. Add to skillet with potatoes. Cook until potatoes are tender.
- Chop up turkey sausage.
- In a small skillet, heat 1/2 tablespoon coconut oil on medium high heat. Add turkey sausage. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook until brown or slightly crisp.
- Add turkey sausage to large skillet with veggies. Stir together and enjoy!
