Roasted Radishes
Prep Time: 5 minutes | Cook Time: 15 minutes | Serves: 4-6
Ingredients
1 lb radishes
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt
Pepper
Directions
- Trim end off radishes. Cut in halves.
- Toss in olive oil and salt and pepper to taste.
- Place radishes on non-stick baking sheet.
- Bake at 450° for 10-15 minutes.
