Roasted Radishes

Prep Time: 5 minutes | Cook Time: 15 minutes | Serves: 4-6

Ingredients

1 lb radishes
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt
Pepper

Directions

  1. Trim end off radishes. Cut in halves.
  2. Toss in olive oil and salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Place radishes on non-stick baking sheet.
  4. Bake at 450° for 10-15 minutes.
